Workshop17 is Coming to Hazelwood, Pretoria

We are really excited to share that we have officially broken ground on our very first commercial building. A 2,455 m² workspace rising at 26 Oaktree Avenue in the heart of Hazelwood, Pretoria.

Hazelwood has grown into Pretoria’s most loved lifestyle precinct, and it is time for the neighbourhood to have a workspace that matches its energy and ambition. This building brings four floors of modern coworking, a strong street presence, beautiful architecture, generous parking and a design that feels completely at home inside the Hazelwood Village environment.

I'm equally proud to confirm that Workshop17 — Africa’s premier workspace provider — will be the tenant and operator. Their reputation as Africa’s leading workspace provider sets the tone for what this building will become.
