W17 Hazelwood: A New Chapter, With a View

We stood on the third floor of the new Workshop17 in Hazelwood this morning, and the view is something else. Construction is well underway on the building we're developing here, and once it's done, our own offices will be moving in too.

Workshop17 has signed a long-term lease here, and we'll be one of the tenants alongside some of the most exciting businesses and professionals in South Africa. Watching that community come together is one of the best parts of this project.

Workshop17 Hazelwood sits right in the heart of the suburb — tree-lined streets, good coffee close by, and a building designed around flexible workspaces, private offices, solid Wi-Fi, and meeting rooms that don't feel like meeting rooms.

It's surrounded by good restaurants, boutique shops, and green spaces — an easy place to host clients or just take a breather between meetings.
